All of our applications process your files locally on your device. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and ModernApp Labs does not have access to your personal files, images, documents, or their content.

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). Any communication via support emails is used strictly to resolve your specific request and is never shared with third parties.

Standard anonymous usage data (such as crash reports and basic installation metrics) may be collected by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Store's ecosystem. This helps us improve application stability and performance.

By installing and using any ModernApp Labs application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms (SALT). These terms apply to all users of our applications.

ModernApp Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use our applications on devices you own or control as permitted by the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any of our applications.

Our applications are subject to the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms (SALT). In any case of conflict between these terms and the SALT, the Microsoft terms shall prevail regarding your use of the Microsoft Store platform.

All ModernApp Labs applications are provided 'As-Is' and 'As-Available.' ModernApp Labs and Microsoft provide no express warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or damages arising from the use of our software.
